With the begenning of Navratri and the devotees all set to workship Mata. Idana Mata in her historic temple in Mehrangarh in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, takes fire bath in both the times during navaratri. The idol of Idana mata was established in the temple thousands of years ago, and was built by Maharaja Ajit Singh during his time.
During the time of her bath, the temple starts burning, whose flames can be seen from kilometers away.
